ICEH joins World Evidence-based Healthcare Day initiative

The International Center of Equity in Health (ICEH) is proud to announce its participation in the global initiative World Evidence-based Healthcare (World EBHC) Day, as Evidence Ambassador. Held on October 20th each year, the initiative aims at promoting awareness for the importance of evidence-based healthcare policy and decision-making to enhance health outcomes across the globe.

The World EBHC initiative strives to engage in discussions on global healthcare trends and challenges, while also recognizing the remarkable contributions of dedicated individuals and organizations worldwide. More information about it can be found here: EBHC

As part of our commitment to this important initiative, the ICEH has launched some engaging activities:

1. Blog: ICEH released a comprehensive text titled "Monitoring Health Equity Worldwide: Evidence-Based Information at the Tips of Your Fingers", highlighting the importance of monitoring health equity on a global scale to improve health outcomes for all.

2. Vlog series: ICEH has also created a vlog series of insightful videos that delve into various aspects of evidence-based healthcare. These vlogs will feature experts in the field discussing the significance of evidence-based information in shaping healthcare policies and addressing health disparities. The videos will be published soon in the World EBHC Day.

The International Center of Equity in Health invites everyone to join in these activities and discussions on World Evidence-based Healthcare Day, and to be a part of this enlightening conversation following our official Twitter account [@equity_iceh]. Together, we can make strides toward a healthier, more equitable world.
